Qualifying low-income residents of Miami-Dade County may be eligible for legal assistance from a Dade Legal Aid Staff Attorney or a referral through Put Something Back Pro Bono Project that screens and refers civil matters to a cadre of pro bono attorneys and law firm volunteers. To be eligible, a client must reside in Miami-Dade and their income may not exceed 125 150% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. An organization may qualify for free services if its purpose is to serve eligible clients or is primarily comprised of eligible clients provided that the project can locate a pro bono attorney to serve of counsel to the group.
